I graduated from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2003 and began working at the Playboy Mansion. I also spent two years working concurrently at the Ritz Carlton, Marina del Rey. In 2006, I was awarded the Chef de Cuisine position at the Playboy Mansion. I currently spearhead the fine dining program at the mansion, as well as lead a team of chefs in the planning, preparation and execution of the many large scale parties that take place at Hugh Hefner's world famous residence.
