| I have been surrounded by culinary talent my entire life. Got a chance to work in a 4 star restatuant and rocked it. I have been involved in the culinary industry for over 15 years. I can whip up food from your fridge into gourmet meals or comforting delights. I create new recipes everyday with ease. My life revolves around food, the way its grown, prepared & presented. I have the endurance, creativity and personality to be the top of my game. Trained chefs are always in constant competition of each other, but my mind set is the love of food and bringing people together. It all starts with the freshest ingredients and the magic in my two little hands. I became tired of the monotony of kitchen life and knew that owning a restaurant would one day end up owning me. I did my homework and through persistence, I became an apprentice for a kitchen catalog. Currently I work on a freelance basis for that same catalog and steadily building new clientele. I cater private functions and develop recipes to keep me in tune with the culinary world. My style of cooking and can be described as spontaneous and fresh, creatively colorful and unbelievably oh so good. |
