I have been a Pastry Chef for over 10 years, and been in pastry arts for 18. I love what I do, and enjoy going to work everyday, no matter how stressful. I have always liked working in hotels more than any other type of establishment. But, I have worked in almost everything there is. I love to teach and give advice, and helping out my fellow chefs in there endeavours. My favorite medium is Sugar, I like sugar because you can duplicate something almost identical to what it should be. My favorite desserts to make are whatever the guest wants. I like using a lot of savory items in pastry. So far my career has taken me to four states, New Jersey, New York, Virginia and now Colorado. This would be one of the things I love about this field, is the traveling around.
I have met many great people in my career, I consider these people to be great friends.
My favorite toys are silicone molds.
