After years of being an Office Manager, I decided to pursue my dreams of cooking. I attended the California School of Culinary Arts - Le Cordon Bleu Program, where I graduated with High Honors. After doing a 3 month externship at the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles, I was hired. I have been with Playboy for over five and half years.
I've trained under Pastry Chef of the Year, Kamel Guchida, Joel Robuchon, MGM Grand, Las Vegas.
