Started out at Schoolcraft collage in Livonia Michigan. Spent the first few years work at the Fox and Hounds in Bloomfield Michigan. Spent a Summer at the By Harbor Yacht Club in Northern Michigan. After coming back to southeastern michigan I became the Excutive Chef of Zydeco in Ann Arbor. After some time there I was moved to another resturant that the owner owned and became the Excutive chef of the Chelsea Grille
