| I started my career in France where I'm born about 20 years ago. I worked at "La Tour D'Argent" and "Le Doyen", 8 years ago I tried my chance in the States, and loved it. I was the executive chef for a caterer in the suburb of Philadelphia, 4 years ago I started my little business of making sugar decorations "Sugar Designs" .
