Currently, I am a known cook at the world famous La Costa Resort and Spa, where I create wonderful food. I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena,Ca approximately two years ago, and have been trying to make a name for myself within the culinary world. I have loved cooking since I was a child, when I would make lunch for my father and assist my mother in the kitchen with various meals. My presentation techniqes are unique to the item being presented at the time. Right now I am attempting to expand my culinary horizons by learning as much as I possibly can within the kitchen I am employed at.
