My love for cooking started at age 9. I grew up in a single parent family with 5 of us kids, so big meals with big taste was the norm. After 9-11 I was activated to Minot, North Dakota to backfill for people deploying overseas. This was when The FoodNetwork was really taking off. I studied the programming every night after work and began to take cooking very serious. I am currently a student at The International Culinary Institute of Indianapolis. I also am in th einfant stages of running my own private chef - catering business. Cuisine a la Paysanne is a way to take journeys through the worlds cuisine. We also offer private cooking lessons as well.
