I decided to become a Chef after hosting many a dinner party and my friends saying things to me such as, "I would pay for this meal." I enjoy the craftsmanship of culinary work, but the challenge of running a kitchen and making meals that people will enjoy from start to finish is what draws me to it on a daily basis.

I now look forward to making weekly meals and produce delectable dinner parties for my clients and their guests. It is very rewarding to see my clients and their guests enjoy the entire dinner experience from appetizer to dessert.
