I always had a fascination with food, during and after high school i did some research on both pastry and culinary sides of the industry and chose the pastry aspect. After that i went on to college where i am about to finish this semester with my journeyman's pastry chef certification.
I have been employed by Rat's Restaurant in Hamilton New Jersey for majority of my apprenticeship. I've done some chocolate work, sugar work, some practice in Asian fruit carving, Plated Desserts, mass baking, etc....
I hope to move on to bigger and better things, and to try more ideas and more elaborate pieces.
