Born and Raised in Switzerland, started cooking in family restaurant at the age of 10 and loving it every step of the way. Moved to the USA in 1979, worked in San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Colorado Springs and now in Santa Fe,NM.Curently working for Bon Appetit Mgmt. Co. at the College of Santa Fe and (during the Summer Season) run the Santa Fe Opera Cantina, Preview Dinners and Caterings.
